We value excellence in customer service and strive to help our clients achieve their goals safely and effectively. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and cash handling. Preferably in a gym. \- Specific technical skills: Computer proficiency / Microsoft Office tools, issuing receipts and invoices, CMR, detecting counterfeit bills and coins. \- Must live in Surco or nearby areas. \- Positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn. **Main responsibilities:** \- Responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing cash flow during opening, shift handover, and closing of the register. \- Responsible for monitoring client attendance. \- Make calls to prospect new customers. \- Achieve monthly sales targets. \- Attend to customers and provide information about membership plans. \- Follow up on renewal database and after-sales service. \- Schedule in-person appointments. \- Monitor customer collections and payments. \- Knowledge of sales techniques. \- Commissions based on achieving objectives and monthly targets. \- Free membership to train in the discipline you love.
