**Job Offer – Modelista / Pattern Maker** **Doly Fashion**, a company with over 30 years of experience in women's clothing production, is looking for a **Modelista** with pattern-making knowledge who can contribute creativity, precision, and commitment to our manufacturing team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop templates and patterns for women's garments. * Interpret technical sheets and transform designs into production-ready patterns. * Perform size grading and adjustments according to requirements. * Coordinate with the design and production departments to ensure accurate interpretation of models. * Verify quality of garment samples and propose technical improvements. **Requirements:** * Experience in pattern-making **or** currently studying or having completed a Pattern-Making degree. * Minimum experience in pattern development (desirable, not essential if currently in training). * Ability to analyze and solve production-related problems. * Responsibility, punctuality, and good teamwork communication.
