**Job Offer – Pattern Maker / Modelist** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop patterns and templates for women's garments. * Interpret technical sheets and translate designs into production-ready patterns. * Perform size grading and adjustments according to requirements. * Coordinate with design and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate interpretation of models. * Verify quality of garment samples and propose technical improvements. **Requirements:** * Experience in pattern making **or** currently studying or having completed a degree in Pattern Making. * Minimum experience in pattern development (desirable, not essential if undergoing training). * Ability to analyze and solve production-related problems. * Responsibility, punctuality, and good teamwork communication skills.
