On behalf of an important client in the Textile sector, we are looking for a **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** who meets the following requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical or university studies (minimum) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Garment and Textile or related fields. * 3 to 5 years minimum experience in the position, manufacturing bedding or garments. * Solid knowledge of production processes in bedding. * Experience handling sewing, cutting, garment assembly, quilting and quality processes. * Technical knowledge in textile manufacturing of bedding or related products; operation of cutting machines, overlock machines and other equipment used in textile production. * Intermediate level in Office and ERP systems. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. **FUNCTIONS:** * Plan and organize production, assigning tasks according to staff skills and process needs. * Monitor all production orders generated. * Manage the work team. * Request required material quantities by checking current stock levels of raw materials/supplies/finished products. * Ensure quality of manufactured products. **BENEFITS:** * Pype payroll with legal benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Bonuses. * Positive work environment. **WORKING HOURS** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. **WORK LOCATION** * Ate **BENEFITS** * Annual performance bonuses and monthly billing incentives. * Direct payroll inclusion with full benefits. * Excellent work environment and teamwork.
