Currently, we are seeking the best talent for the position of **PROFESSIONAL HSE INTERNSHIP**. **Requirements:** ü Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or related fields. ü Knowledge of Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, and related regulations. ü Basic knowledge of ISO 45001, IPERC, PETS, PPE management, and emergency plans. ü Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; intermediate Excel preferred). ü Previous experience in HSE internships or volunteer work is desirable. ü Availability for on-site work at the industrial plant. **Responsibilities:** ü Support the implementation of IPERC controls and safety inspections. ü Participate in the development and review of safe work procedures. ü Supervise compliance with PPE usage in activities such as cutting, sewing, sealing, loading, and unloading. ü Assist in training sessions, preventive talks, and HSE awareness campaigns. ü Support updating SG-SST records and preparing monthly reports. ü Participate in incident/accident investigations and propose corrective actions. ü Support convening and meetings of the HSE Committee. ü Support basic monitoring of waste generated at the plant. ü Collaborate in awareness campaigns on recycling and efficient resource use. ü Record minor environmental incidents. ü Support dissemination of good environmental practices in operations. ü Assist in verifying basic quality controls in production processes. ü Support completing quality forms or checklists and reporting minor non-conformities. ü Perform other HSE-related duties as required by the area. **Benefits:** 1\.
