On behalf of our client JHS MEDICAL, a leading company with 50 years in the market specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture, we are seeking the best candidate for the position of Cutting, Bending and Welding Supervisor. Position Objective: Plan, organize, and supervise cutting, bending, welding, and metalworking processes, ensuring technical quality, productive efficiency, and compliance with established costs for the manufacturing of medical furniture. Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate cutting, bending, and welding orders according to production schedule. * Supervise welding and finishing quality in coordination with Quality Control. * Ensure compliance with tolerances, technical standards, and requirements for medical furniture. * Report material consumption, scrap, and efficiency indicators to the Production Controller. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of workshop machinery and equipment. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, TPM). * Train and supervise technical staff on industrial safety, welding, and metalworking processes. * Weekly reporting to Quality Control and Controller regarding progress, incidents, consumption, and efficiency.
