At Auna, we operate under a comprehensive healthcare model centered on people, the most important pillar of our mission. **Job Mission:** Ensure process-based management through the identification, analysis, design, and implementation of processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Identify and document general and specific processes by collecting field information and validating it with user departments. * Implement improvement opportunities using tools such as flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, and statistical analysis. * Ensure optimal performance of specific processes and support the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives, guaranteeing their proper execution and contributing to continuous improvement. * Monitor the execution of the planned process portfolio, verifying progress, deadlines, and responsible parties. * Actively participate in meetings for defining scope and tracking process initiatives, preparing meeting minutes, action plans, and work schedules. * Participate in customer experience assessment activities, supporting the development of Patient Journey Maps. * Keep the repository of documented processes up to date and collaborate in updating the company's Process Map. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or Business Administration. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as Senior Analyst, Analyst, or Process Assistant. Knowledge of process modeling and project management tools.
