**Role and responsibilities:** * Analyze client files with prolonged delinquency and define recovery strategies. * Contact clients to negotiate payment commitments, refinancing, or restructuring. * Carry out extrajudicial collection actions, including visits, calls, letters, and notifications. * Coordinate with the legal department on cases that must be referred to judicial processes. * Record and report the results of collections activities in the internal system or database. * Continuously monitor payment commitments and report any defaults. * Monitor progress in recovering assigned portfolio and meet established targets. * Keep client status and collection activities information up to date. * Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports detailing results, difficulties, and proposed actions. * Safeguard documents from assigned files (promissory notes, letters, contracts, records). * Comply with procedures and formats established by the Collections department and the company. * Negotiate cases that are at the beginning of judicial proceedings. * 50% field work. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor's studies in Administration, Accounting, Law, Finance, or related fields. * 3 to 6 months of experience in heavy portfolio recovery. * Influence and negotiation skills. * In-depth knowledge of products. * Goal-oriented. * Proficient in Excel (essential). * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro.
