We are looking for a Superstar like you, customer-focused and wanting to have the best day, every day ... **Role Purpose:** Responsible for executing, together with the export team, all necessary actions for processing the clearance of 100% of shipments entering Outbound, following GSOP (Global Standard Operation) business rules as guidelines. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize and control export operations regarding loading, unloading of exports and/or related areas to the process, complying with current customs regulations and global SOPs. * Control and supervise manifest numbers and customs declarations (DS). * Control and supervise guide cutoffs for formal clearances and brokers. * Proactively and promptly alert interacting departments (Regional OPS, Customer Service, National Operations, and Commercial). * Coordinate with airlines cargo space and proper shipment clearance, resolving observations or incidents that may occur upon cargo entry into temporary warehouse. * Prepare key performance indicators for the area, generating control and management reports. * Lead team meetings to evaluate and analyze daily performance (Maintain Performance Board) * Coordinate with lead team communication with customs authorities to prevent fines. * Communicate effectively with representatives from Customs Administration and other government entities related to export. * Ensure proper clearance of dangerous goods (DG) according to current IATA regulations. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Business Administration, International Trade or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience performing similar roles in Customs Agencies, Freight Forwarding or related fields, including 2 years leading teams. * Knowledge of General Customs Law, regulations and procedures; ESER (Express Delivery Shipments) regulations and handling of dangerous goods. * Dispatch Assistant Certification desirable. * IATA Dangerous Goods Category 6 course (desirable). * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced MS Office skills. * Basic Power BI (desirable). * Availability to work evening and early morning shifts. **Legal Posting Entity** DHL Express Peru S.A.C.
