A leading company dedicated to the Healthy Foods industry is seeking a **Quality Assurance Inspector** who meets the following requirements. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduate or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related fields. · Valid Health Certificate for food handling. · Minimum of 2 years of experience performing duties as a Quality Management Assurance Inspector. · Knowledge of efficiency, operational, and quality KPIs. · Familiarity with BPM, PGH, and HACCP standards. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Experience in process improvement and action plans. · Ability to work under pressure. · Availability to work in Lurín. · Must reside in the southern outskirts of Lima (Lurín – Pachacamac – Villa el Salvador – Southern Cone). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure compliance with quality department objectives and performance indicators. · Conduct on-site supervision, controlling product quality by verifying adherence to established product and process specifications. · Perform raw material inspection, material testing, and input verification. · Supervise the dispatch of all products, ensuring compliance with BPM and customer requirements. · Provide support in quality assurance according to established procedures and parameters at each stage of the production process, ensuring delivery of products that meet technical specifications. · Receive and inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products. · Optimize the quality assurance system within the industrial plant. · Manage compliance with legal requirements and standards related to product quality and safety. · Train plant and warehouse personnel on Food Quality and Safety Programs. · Ensure compliance with all procedures and standards of our Quality Management System (BPM and PHS). · Verify that BPM and PHS records and manuals are correctly completed and updated according to changes in described activities. · Ability to send reports/information to various departments related to Quality Management, generating management indicators, corrective and preventive actions, audit results, etc. · Train and raise awareness among personnel involved in quality and food safety topics. · Product release, identification, and tracking of non-conforming products. · Provide methodological and technical support to the production department. · Other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** · Commitment, Ethics, Integrity, Effective Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, and Proactivity. **WE OFFER:** · Pleasant working environment. · Training opportunities, etc. · Onboarding from the first day of work with all legal benefits (CTS, Vacations, Bonuses). · Profit sharing. **Immediate availability required.** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
