Description: Coordinate with internal teams and the Creative Services, Communications, Marketing, Legal, Events, and MPC departments to develop materials for the launches of Ratings for Events and Promotions on the Regional Calendar. Ensure all regional promotions and any requested local promotions are accounted for. * Responsible for sending databases according to the user department for current regional promotions (Destino Latinolvidable, Extravagamza, FSL). * Coordinate ad-hoc analyses requested to address area needs that require rapid response due to deadlines. * Maintain motivation and harmony, adhering to company values and standards, contributing to a positive organizational climate. * Support various departmental activities to contribute to the achievement of objectives. Qualifications: SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, or related fields; * Analytical skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Adaptability to change; * Ability to work under pressure; * Ability to interact and communicate at all levels; * Organization; * Proactivity; * Knowledge of Commercial Analysis, Financial Analysis, Database Analysis; * Intermediate-Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Statistical and Lookup Formulas); * Desired knowledge of MicroStrategy, Business Objects, or similar tools; * Interest in BI, Machine Learning, or Simulation (not essential); * Intermediate English; * 3 years of experience in sales or data analysis areas.
