




The company ROMO SERVICIOS GENERALES is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team **Administrative Assistant/** ***Profile:*** * Graduate with a technical and/or university degree in administration, marketing or business (related fields). * Minimum 12 months of experience in administrative, accounting, logistics and warehouse functions. * Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Intermediate level knowledge of CANVA or editing software. * Highly organized and proactive individual. ***Functions:*** * Prepare customer quotations as requested. * Daily control of item stock levels. * Assist in issuing payment receipts. * Receive customer phone calls. * Daily follow-up on quotation and invoice reports to customers. * Coordinate follow-up and support for operational and technical staff. * Control the incoming and outgoing flow of office materials and supplies. * File and maintain control of administrative documentation (files, certificates, budgets, reports). * Assist the supervisor with administrative procedures and architects. * Support the accounting department in monitoring invoices and service payments. * Perform any additional complementary and supportive tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. * Assist in logistics and purchasing of tools and materials required for operational area management. ***We Offer:*** * Market-competitive remuneration * Pleasant work environment * Constant training opportunities * Career development path.
