




At CORE \- ESTUDIO JURÍDICO RODRÍGUEZ ANGOBALDO CONSULTORÍA Y RECUPERACIONES, we are currently seeking the following position: Administrative Assistant MISSION: Ensure the smooth operation of the firm by planning, coordinating, and executing administrative tasks, maintenance activities, procurement, and supplier management in accordance with established procedures. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * ADVANCED intermediate to advanced level Excel skills (this will be evaluated). * Accounting knowledge. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm in Surco. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer the administrative petty cash fund. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel. * Perform various errands (banks, operating licenses \- municipalities, and others), following each entity's procedures. * Record payment vouchers. * Coordinate with suppliers, request quotations, evaluate suppliers for contracting, supervise services, and process payments. * Coordinate the purchase of computer equipment, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and materials. * Prepare and issue purchase and service orders. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
