




We are a constantly growing company, and we are currently looking for an **EXPERIENCED BAKERY ASSISTANT**. * Requirements: \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Production Operator, preferably in bakeries or pastry shops. \- Possession of a District Health Certificate for food handling. * Availability for rotating shifts \- Must reside in areas near SALAMANCA, ATE LIMA **\- Main Responsibilities**: * Prepare bakery products ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. * Correctly apply techniques, volumes, fermentation, and temperatures during the production process. * Comply with procedures and good manufacturing practices. * Monitor input stock and conduct inventories. * Supervise and train staff in baking techniques. * Inspect and manage preventive maintenance or repair of bakery equipment.
