A customs warehousing company is looking for the best talent for a Commercial Executive position (Callao). Requirements: . University graduate or technical professional in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields. . Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the position or similar roles such as Maritime Agency/Customs, Port Terminal, Shipping Agency, or services related to foreign trade. . Experience in B2B sales (desirable) Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (desirable). . Immediate availability to work in Callao. . Exceptional communication skills. General Responsibilities: · Execute the activities described in the Company's Sales Plan. · Prepare economic proposals according to department policies and approved procedures and formats. · Conduct sales visits according to a set schedule. · Handle and resolve complaints related to sales (incorrectly applied rates, services not provided, etc.). · Ensure high-quality service and faithful fulfillment of commitments made to clients. · Identify and communicate specific client needs. · Thoroughly research the market, understand competitors and their key customers. · Prepare an internal explanatory document detailing the conditions agreed upon with each client. · Maintain a table scheduling the entry and withdrawal of goods, accessible to other departments within the company. · Monitor and measure activities aimed at maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Prepare a monthly report for the direct supervisor.
