Context A national political campaign team is seeking to hire a professional with experience in creating digital content, solid knowledge in graphic design, video editing, and social media management. This role requires high commitment, political judgment, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, strategically focused environment. 2\. Position Objective Develop and execute visual and audiovisual content strategies for social media and internal campaign communication, ensuring narrative consistency, professional aesthetics, and high impact on digital audiences. 3\. Main Responsibilities · Design graphic assets and visual materials aligned with the campaign’s identity (posts, reels, stories, banners, posters, etc.). · Edit videos and audiovisual content using political storytelling and emotional appeal. · Create scripts and copy tailored to different social media formats. · Manage content publication, monitoring, and performance reporting. · Provide audiovisual coverage of the candidate’s in-person events (photography, filming, social media clips). · Coordinate with communications and press teams to ensure alignment between digital and territorial messaging. · Propose innovative ideas to strengthen the campaign narrative in digital environments. 4\. Required Profile Education: University graduate in Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum Experience: 3 years of proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and audiovisual production. Experience in political, social, or corporate campaigns is desirable. Technical Skills: · Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut. · Advanced knowledge of content strategy, storytelling, and digital trends. · Ability to adapt political messages into creative and viral formats. Personal Competencies: · High creativity, aesthetic judgment, and strategic thinking. · Excellent writing skills and understanding of the national political context. · Organized, responsive, and committed to deadlines. · Immediate and full availability for in-person work (including weekends and travel). 5\.
