**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Graphic Designer - Community Manager** to join our team and manage the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with skills in both graphic design and social media management, capable of creating engaging visual content and effectively managing online interactions. **Responsibilities:** * **Graphic Design:** Create engaging visual content for our social media platforms, including images, infographics, banners, short videos, and more, aligned with the brand identity. * **Social Media Management:** Manage our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, among others), creating and scheduling daily or periodic posts. * **Community Interaction:** Monitor social media interactions, responding promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages. * **Campaign Creation:** Design and execute social media campaigns (organic and paid), with an emphasis on increasing engagement and brand visibility. * **Metrics Analysis:** Measure and analyze social media performance, generating reports on growth, engagement, and campaign results. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to coordinate content creation related to product launches, promotions, and events. * **Trend Updates:** Stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design and social media, incorporating new creative ideas into digital strategies. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design and social media management. * Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, among others. * Knowledge of social media management tools. * Creativity and strong aesthetic judgment for visual content creation. * Basic knowledge of social media metrics and analytics. * Strong written communication skills, free of grammatical errors, to respond to social media interactions. * Availability to work Monday through Friday during the established schedule of **2:00 pm to 6:00 pm - Saturdays remote from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.** **We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
