Functions : 1\. Strategic Marketing Planning * Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the company's business objectives. * Define the campaign and promotion calendar by service, season or customer segment. * Identify growth opportunities and brand positioning. 2\. Brand and Communication Management * Ensure consistency of the institutional image across all channels. * Supervise the creation of content for social media, website, mailing, brochures and other materials. * Manage internal communication to strengthen organizational culture, work environment, and alignment with the brand's purpose. 3\. Digital Marketing and Social Media * Plan and supervise social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok if applicable). * Manage advertising campaigns with the digital trafficker on social networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Oversee website management, SEO, email marketing campaigns and business WhatsApp. 4\. Partnerships and Events * Propose and manage agreements with companies, institutions, or key influencers. * Organize health fairs, activations, talks, or corporate events. * Coordinate sponsorships, social campaigns, or B2B/B2C partnerships. 5\. Performance Analysis * Measure campaign performance (ROI, leads, reach, engagement). * Analyze market trends and customer behavior to suggest improvements. * Present monthly reports with key KPIs and actionable recommendations. 6\. Cross-functional Coordination * Coordinate with sales, operations, and HR departments to align campaigns with active services. * Provide graphic or communication support to other departments when necessary. * Supervise adherence to design and publication schedules. * Comply with guidelines of the Integrated Management System."
