This is our way of developing mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womenexcellenceinmining** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Perform preventive maintenance on critical and/or special equipment, planned corrective maintenance for the week, improvements, and emergency repairs to contribute to operational equipment availability during production. * Carry out maintenance tasks applying SSMA tools (5S, Easy Talk, APR, ORT, etc.) to support employee safety. * Coordinate with production teams the release of equipment to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. * Inspect and monitor equipment conditions using sensory and/or instrumental methods, generating corresponding maintenance notifications in SAP to support maintenance scheduling. * Generate maintenance incident reports and record executed maintenance tasks in SAP to support maintenance management. * Identify corrective, preventive, and improvement opportunities during plant shutdowns to enhance equipment availability. * Participate in continuous improvement teams (EMC), failure analysis working groups, commissioning of new plants or equipment to help increase equipment availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduated as an Electrical Technician or technical studies in related fields. * 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in industrial electricity, field instrumentation, electronics, PLC knowledge, industrial networks, HMI and DCS, reading and interpreting schematics, switchgear and MCCs, transformers, power systems (low and medium voltage), grounding protection systems, and general motors. Desirable: * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance (vibrations, temperature, sensory inspection). Hydraulics and pneumatics. **Additional Information** * Work location: Cajamarquilla Refinery (Lurigancho \- Chosica) * On-site work mode (we provide shuttle buses). * Availability to work fixed-term contract of 6 months.
