We are currently seeking **(1) Hospital Maintenance Engineer** for our Alberto Barton Hospital Complex. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance. * Experience in healthcare maintenance is desirable. * Basic knowledge of boiler maintenance, generators, pumping systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), civil and architectural infrastructure maintenance, and AutoCAD. * Completion of courses or diplomas in Maintenance Management or Reliability, Maintenance Management Course, Physical Asset Management - ISO 55000 (desirable). * Intermediate level in Office software. * Availability to work in Callao. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and safety and quality standards in preventive, corrective, and other technical maintenance activities. * Coordinates operationally with the Planning department and internal users to ensure timely availability of human, material, and service resources. * Supervises, together with the Senior Supervisor, the execution of work orders, validating their technical quality, response times, and compliance with standards. * Manages traceability of required materials, spare parts, and services, and ensures timely and reliable recording of activities in the management software.
