Apply now and become part of CAFETAL!** Requirements: * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, * Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Engineering. * 3 years of experience in industrial plants * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * SAP R/3 PM \-Maintenance\-: Semi-Senior level * Immediate availability to work at the Cafetal Plant in Cajamarquilla ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop, update, and maintain the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan (PMP) for plant equipment and assets * Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, and standards * Schedule, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the Annual Maintenance Plan (PAM), in coordination with internal clients and the maintenance team * Review daily equipment and facility checklists to ensure equipment reaches its next scheduled maintenance appointment * Verify that your team possesses the necessary skills and competencies, as well as appropriate tools, to carry out scheduled maintenance activities Benefits: * Direct payroll enrollment from day one * 100% covered lunch from day one * All statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, family allowance, social insurance, SCTR, SVL, and profit sharing) * Pleasant work environment * 70% employer-covered EPS (Health Insurance) affiliation * Continuous training and dedicated work tools * Opportunity to join a solid, highly prestigious company with a defined career path **Don’t miss this great opportunity!
