This is our way of developing mining—always connected to change through committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womenminingtalent** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Execute the monthly longhole, raise borer, VCR, and cable bolting drilling program in coordination with the planning department, ensuring timely compliance. * Manage operational and tactical indicators for the area by establishing action plans to correct deviations, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement. * Schedule, execute, analyze, and restructure the sequencing of drilling and blasting activities to ensure timely compliance according to PAM and PPM. * Lead the Occupational Health and Safety management for the area in accordance with corporate guidelines and internal policies. * Manage blast monitoring to interpret events and identify improvements in drilling and blasting practices. * Ensure efficiency indices in ore breakage and fragmentation, drill pattern design, and explosive consumption. * Coordinate and/or supervise daily drilling and blasting operations. * Develop mine personnel by evaluating performance, potential, and skills. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, licensed and registered. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the mining industry. * Experience managing productivity processes (KPIs), timing. * Knowledge and experience in drilling and blasting operations. * Must possess a valid driver's license. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work schedule: 5x2 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
