Escort customers to their tables and provide menus. 3. Accurately and quickly take food and beverage orders. 4. Provide menu information and recommend dishes according to customer preferences. 5. Ensure efficient service and coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee minimal wait times. 6. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas. 7. Manage reservations and assign tables effectively. 8. Handle payment transactions accurately and courteously. 9. Address special customer requests and proactively resolve issues. 10. Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards. Requirements: - 3 years of experience in seafood gastronomy (not essential) - Basic knowledge of service protocols and etiquette. - Proficiency in using ordering systems and point-of-sale terminals. - Charismatic personality and ability to work in a team. - Professional and neat appearance. - Take orders, serve drinks and meals. - Handle customer complaints and claims initially. - Welcome, greet, and introduce yourself to customers. - Monitor timing management to ensure smooth service operations. - Set up tables, maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and quality standards. - Knowledge of customer service protocols. - Basic English skills (not essential) Benefits: * Salary based on experience + individual tips. * Schedule: 8:00am - 5:30pm * One day off per week. * Trial period (after trial period: MYPE payroll with all legal benefits) Constant training. * 100% covered meals. * Additional company discounts.
