














**POSITION: Planning Engineer** **Location:** Lima and project sites. . **1\. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS** * **Professional degree (mandatory):** o Civil engineer, industrial engineer, or architect. * **Complementary technical training (desirable):** o Cost and budget management and/or Project Control. o Specialization in Building Information Modeling (BIM). * **Additional training (desirable):** o Course in Earned Value Management (EVM). o Course in Lean Construction and Last Planner System. o PMP and/or PMI\-SP certification. **2\. TOOLS AND CERTIFICATIONS** * **Mandatory:** o Advanced knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D,…). o Project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6,..). o Advanced Excel. o Power BI. * **Desirable:** o BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator certification. o Construction ERP systems (SAP, S10, BILDIN). · Basic\-intermediate technical English. **3\. EXPERIENCE** * **General experience:** **o Minimum 3\-5 years in the construction sector, in planning, schedule management, and/or project control.** * Specific experience (minimum 3 years) in roles such as: o 3D and 4D model coordinator with contractors and technical office o Construction scheduler o In-depth knowledge of project scope within the industry. **4\. POSITION OBJECTIVE** * Support the Cost and Planning Subdivision and project management in the analysis, control, and reporting of assigned project costs. * Ability to keep stakeholders informed about project schedules and changes. * Ensure that the execution program remains aligned with project cost, time, and scope objectives. * Early identification of deviations that could affect profitability. * Plan, coordinate, and control construction progress using BIM methodologies. * Contribute to the processes of development and control of scheduling, forecasts, and deviation analysis. * Provide accurate, consolidated, reviewed, and reconciled information. * Serve as a technical liaison between the site, the Cost and Planning Subdivision, and project management. **6\. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Planning and Scheduling with BIM** o Develop and update construction schedules integrated with BIM 4D models. o Coordinate digital models across disciplines (architecture, structures, installations). o Identify and prevent construction interferences (clash detection). * **Progress Monitoring and Reporting** o Monitor physical progress versus planned schedule using digital tools. o Generate control reports and dashboards. o Support the Cost and Planning Subdivision in identifying deviations and proposing mitigation actions. o Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports. o Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system. o Coordinate project schedules with internal departments and external stakeholders. * **Project Information Management** o Maintain the BIM model updated as the single source of information. o Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for data integration. o Consult with project managers and technical experts to define assignments, tasks, and subtasks. o Ensure digital deliverables comply with corporate standards. * **Support in Process Optimization** o Implement best practices in Lean Construction and BIM to increase efficiency. o Propose continuous improvements in construction planning and control. o Document lessons learned and optimized processes. **7\.
