This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Position Mission:** Develop high-impact creative proposals that respond to the objectives and guidelines of the assigned brand. **Responsibilities:** * Develop creative campaign proposals, from conceptualization to execution. * Provide macro ideas for medium to large campaigns to the content team. * Constantly monitor social media to identify trends and opportunities for relevant content for brands. * Create timely monthly content grids with valuable and disruptive content aligned with digital platform codes. * Coordinate with the internal team on audiovisual content development, participate in content production and recording (not at the level of audiovisual production, but to ensure the creative idea is accurately reflected). * Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other specialists to develop high-impact materials. * Write persuasive copy for advertising campaigns, social media, blogs, websites, and other digital formats. * Create scripts and ideas for reels and TikToks, as well as copy or text for images and graphic pieces. * Edit and refine messages to ensure consistency and alignment with each client's strategy. * Attend client meetings for content review and presentation of creative proposals. * Proactively present at least one innovative proposal. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Assertive communication * Creativity and innovation **Requirements:** * Must reside in Lima, Peru. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of digital marketing, storytelling techniques, visual narrative, and principles of marketing and branding. * Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google). * Familiarity with Microsoft Office. * Basic level of Excel. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career progression * Free training * Opportunity to work with leading brands where you can fully develop your proposals. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * Hybrid work arrangement. * EPS health insurance, with the company covering 25%. * Day off: We give you 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You only work until 12:00 pm on your birthday or on the day you choose to redeem it!
