**Full Job Description** Company dedicated to the sale of women's clothing is looking for the best talent for the position of SALES ADVISOR in San Isidro. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Education level: Completed secondary school \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position or similar roles \- Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm \- Proficient in WhatsApp Business \- Basic Office skills (Excel and Word) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Commitment to the company's sales processes, values, and business ethics code \- Ability to communicate professionally and interact with customers by answering questions and sharing garment features \- Attend customers both in the showroom and on social media \- Manage orders and coordinate delivery times for customer garments \- Package or bag customer garments \- Label merchandise \- Receive or retrieve garments for customers accurately and appropriately \- Assist in the correct placement of garments and properly follow marketing and visual presentation standards and guidelines \- Create garment catalogs and keep them updated \- Perform daily cash register closing \- Conduct daily inventory counts \- Issue corresponding payment receipts **COMPETENCIES:** ● Punctuality ● Proactiveness ● Clear communication ● Problem-solving skills ● Ability to manage work under pressure ● Professionalism ● Responsible and committed to duties **BENEFITS:** \- Salary S/ 1130.00 \- Sales commissions of 1%, 2%, and 3% based on sales scale \- Payroll under MYPE regime Job type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,131.00 per month Work location: On-site job
