Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor with commercial vision and the ability to lead teams in the healthcare sector, ensuring efficient management and field support. Key Highlights: 1. User training and engagement with healthcare opinion leaders Our client company in the **healthcare sector** is looking for a **Sales Supervisor** to join its team. We seek a candidate who combines **commercial vision, operational discipline, and customer proximity**, capable of supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient management, and providing field support when required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identification of new growth opportunities: new product lines or items. * Ability to develop marketing and promotion plans for launching new product lines. * Monitoring of commercial territories; coordination and accompaniment of sales representatives (2–3 times per week) to provide support in their activities. * Oversight of daily sales reports * Handling special requests from physicians * Support to the commercial team, including field assistance via physician visits as needed. * Conducting training sessions with user departments such as nurses, nutritionists, surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and neurosurgeons. * Identifying physician opinion leaders to manage requirements and, where possible, generate SAP and/or SIGA codes. * Management of samples provided to users to facilitate hands-on experience with medical devices. * Participation in congresses organized by various societies, including ASPAR, ASPETEN, CIRUGIA, INTENSIVISTAS, and SOPEMI. * Use of Salesforce, forecasting, quotation tracking, generating user-area requests, tracking purchase orders (O.C.), and invoicing. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising sales in **pharmacies** (medical devices or equipment). * Education: Completed university degree * Knowledge: Salesforce, Excel, basic English * Competencies: Creativity, results orientation, team management, and ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels. **Conditions:** * Salary range: S/ 4,000 – S/ 6,000 (fixed \+ variable) * MYPE payroll * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Employment mode: On-site Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
