If you are motivated to lead teams, achieve goals, and pay attention to every visual detail in the store, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper store management and achievement of sales targets. * Provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. * Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team, evaluating their performance and growth. * Organize schedules, task assignments, and team responsibilities. * Monitor inventory and coordinate product restocking. * Ensure attractive product displays aligned with the brand's visual merchandising standards. * Supervise cash register processes and daily reporting. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize store operations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store Administrator (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of visual merchandising and product display. * Passion for fashion and customer service. * Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and team management. * Immediate availability. **Schedule:** * On-site * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. **Benefit:** Discount on brand apparel.
