You can be part of our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise a team of sales advisors. * Define commercial strategies and ensure goal achievement. * Monitor sales and productivity indicators. * Train and motivate the team in prospecting and closing techniques. * Ensure proper use of CRM and management reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination role. * Knowledge of real estate sales or productive lots (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in CRM and Excel. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + commissions. * Temporary contract for 3 months. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and Saturdays (9am – 1pm). * Training and development opportunities in a growing industry.
