Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Ensure flawless strategic planning in Talent and Culture to deliver the best experiences to employees through the initiatives we launch month after month, along with a "wow" strategic communication that surprises them and maintains a balanced frequency to avoid overwhelming audiences. **Responsibilities** * Support cross-functional planning in Talent and Culture, ensuring area milestones are executed on time and communicated clearly to employees through a unified area agenda per team, using internal forums to share and align this planning. * Co-lead and manage strategic communication within Talent & Culture (scope: employee communication; not external communication or employer branding), implementing a solid governance model and seamless management of communications across available channels for the area. * Support and facilitate change management within Talent & Culture strategic projects, initiatives, and programs, defining a clear implementation strategy and guiding teams throughout ideation, definition, implementation, and "post-sales" phases of initiatives. * Lead and monitor day-to-day implementation of the strategy. * Manage Talent & Culture communication tools and portals, ensuring their success and continuous updates. * Lead current and future design needs of the area (materials, mailings, videos, brandings, * etc). * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role.
