Responsibilities: * Call customers who purchased from our online store to confirm their order. * Answer questions, handle objections, and confidently close sales. * Close sales via phone calls and WhatsApp. Requirements: * Previous experience in sales or contact center for 1 year. * Strong verbal communication, clear diction, and persuasive tone. * Ability to work towards targets and at a fast pace. * Age between 20 and 25.
