Engage in customer service and placement-related projects A Mother's Prayer Placement is a boutique nanny and household staffing agency serving families throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, and other select markets. We are seeking a dependable, detail\-oriented Virtual Recruiting \& Placement Assistant to help support our growing placement and recruiting operations. This position will work directly with the agency owner and assist with candidate recruiting, administrative support, scheduling, customer service, and placement\-related projects. Position Details * Remote Position (Peru) * Start Date: ASAP * Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially * Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately (4\) hours per day / Eastern Time * Additional hours may become available based on performance and business needs Compensation * $4\.50–$5\.00 USD per hour * Performance bonuses available * Additional bonuses may be earned for successful placement support, recruiting projects, and exceptional performance Responsibilities * Review candidate applications * Follow up with applicants * Send recruiting emails and messages * Schedule candidate interviews * Track candidate progress through the hiring process * Update recruiting records and databases * Assist with candidate sourcing projects * Data entry and administrative support * Update spreadsheets and online records * Organize files and documents * Assist with customer service and candidate communication * Learn and utilize agency software and systems Requirements * Fluent written and spoken English * Excellent communication skills * Reliable internet connection * Quiet professional work environment * Computer or laptop * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Technology\-friendly and comfortable learning new software * Ability to follow instructions carefully * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Professional and dependable Preferred Qualifications * Virtual Assistant experience * Recruiting experience * Administrative experience * Customer service experience * CRM experience * Google Workspace experience * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, responsive, detail\-oriented, professional, and eager to learn.
