We are Consorcio Byas Chilloroya, currently seeking an excavator operator. **Main Functions:** * Perform preventive inspection of assigned machinery before daily use. * Comply with safety protocols and regulations established in the work area. * Report any mechanical defects or irregularities in machinery operation. * Coordinate with the work team to ensure efficient operational flow. * Follow applicable operational procedures and environmental regulations. * Record machinery usage and condition in logbooks or assigned reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Complete secondary school and technical training as an excavator operator. * Experience: Minimum 2 years operating excavators in sectors such as mining or construction. * Class A2B driver's license. * Certification in excavator operation (desirable, according to current regulations). * Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and industrial safety regulations. * Reside in Arequipa, Cusco or Espinar. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Precision and skill in equipment operation. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to respond to emergency situations. * Results-oriented and committed to achieving operational goals. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule under 14x7 regime. * Fieldwork involving exposure to adverse weather conditions. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Benefits:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Insurance and statutory benefits according to current regulations.
