We are currently looking for a Safety Engineer - Mining with the following profile: * *Requirements* *: \- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Mining or related fields \- (RELATED) \- Active professional license (MANDATORY) \- Minimum 3 years of experience in MINING \- Knowledge and/or experience in Earthmoving Knowledge and/or experience in Occupational Safety and Environmental Management as well as Mining Operations. \- Intermediate level in Ms. Office \- Possess Brevette AI (at least 3 years validity \- MANDATORY) \- Availability to work under an atypical 14x7 shift system RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Conduct employee inductions and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. \- Inspect the condition of underground mine facilities. \- Participate with involved personnel in scheduled emergency drills. \- Attend and participate in technical training, safety meetings and others when requested. \- Manage and ensure conservation and maintenance of assigned tools and equipment. \- Comply with and verify adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Standards aligned with the mining operator, aimed at eliminating or reducing injuries and environmental impact. \- Enforce internal standards, procedures and regulations. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
