**JOB OPENING!** **Location:** Marcona **Full job description** CHECC is looking for the following position: **Position:** Shift Supervisor \- Mine **\*Mining Engineer:** Graduated, licensed and enabled with 3 to 5 years of experience in the mining sector (open pit). * Diploma or specialization in **Mining Operations Management**, **Occupational Health and Safety Management** or **People Management**. * Course in **Mining Supervisor (SCTR and DS 024\-2016\-EM)**. * **Minimum:** 5 years of general experience in mining, with **at least 2 years as Supervisor or Shift Supervisor**. * Proven experience in: * **Open-pit mining** operations. * Coordination of **drilling, blasting, hauling, loading and auxiliary services** activities. * Management of operational personnel and contractors. * Compliance with **safety, environmental and production** standards. * Preparation of daily operational reports and monitoring of indicators (production, availability, efficiency). **Technical Knowledge** * Planning of mining operations (daily and weekly). * Production control and recording. * Interpretation of maps, drill patterns and mining designs. * **Mining safety regulations:** D.S.
