We are constantly growing, and therefore we are seeking talented individuals who will bring professionalism and commitment to our organization. **Position Purpose:** Implement and execute SSOMA programs, controls, and procedures, actively participating in field activities to ensure risk prevention, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety of personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute the SSOMA Management System at site or project. * Support inspections, IPERC, AST, and work permits. * Conduct preventive observations and follow-up on findings. * Participate in incident investigations and prepare reports. * Implement the annual operational training program. * Verify proper use of PPE and safe working conditions. * Manage project access documentation. * Coordinate inductions and client requirements. * Monitor SSOMA indicators and report them weekly and/or monthly. * Supervise environmental compliance (waste, spills, chemical usage). * Accompany critical activities: working at heights, lifting operations, confined spaces, etc. * Promote compliance with the Internal Safety and Health Regulations. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining, Safety, or related fields. * Professional registration and licensing. * Specialization in SSOMA (minimum 120 hours). * Minimum experience: **2 years** in SSOMA roles. * Knowledge of Peruvian safety and environmental regulations. * Experience in mining or industrial sectors is desirable. **Special Conditions:** * Availability for field work. * Rotating shifts according to project requirements. * Strict adherence to client standards.
