Supervisor HSE – High Voltage Lines (With Class A\-I License) **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Professional in Occupational Risk Prevention** or a **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist** with proven experience in **high-voltage electrical line projects (HV)**. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with **Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations**, guaranteeing the safe execution of critical and high-risk field activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the implementation of the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System** at the construction site. * Identify, evaluate, and control risks associated with **high-voltage electrical work, working at heights, and confined spaces**. * Conduct field inspections, daily 5-minute safety talks, and verify work permits (PTAR, ATS). * Coordinate with site teams and contractors to implement preventive measures. * Report incidents, prepare monthly reports, and follow up on HSE observations. * Ensure proper management of PPE and emergency equipment. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention / Environmental Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields.** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in **High Voltage (HV)** electrical projects or industrial construction. * Knowledge of **high-risk operations** and electrical safety regulations. * **Valid driver's license (Class A\-I or higher).** * Desirable: Training or certifications in **working at heights, confined spaces, and first aid.** **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * **Competitive salary based on experience.** * Opportunity to join a leading company in electrical and infrastructure projects.
