Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and manage the management system within the work group. * Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures and standards on the assigned project. * Address HSE-related requirements of the assigned project. * Represent the technical team on HSE matters together with the Site Manager. * Handle external audits, inspections, certifications, or managerial safety evaluations related to health, safety, quality, and environment. * Coordinate, develop, and update risk matrices and environmental aspects for assigned projects. * Prepare, review, and update procedures, instructions, forms, plans, programs, and other documents to ensure proper project performance. * Develop, prepare instructional and awareness materials related to HSE. * Actively participate in training processes by delivering courses, lectures, or talks. * Communicate and disseminate to subordinates applicable organizational communications, directives, orders, or similar related to their work. * Initiate, coordinate, participate in investigation processes, and follow up on incident or non-conformance reports related to area projects. * Conduct internal or external audits, office and field inspections, and generate corresponding reports. * Evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken in response to incident or non-conformance reports related to assigned projects. * Coordinate; ensure maintenance and updating of contingency plans for assigned projects. * Fulfill functions or responsibilities assigned under programs, plans, regulations, procedures, and other management tools established by the company, as well as requirements of the management system. * Report incidents and non-conformities occurring during work activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in offices or work areas. * Comply with policies and internal procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all performed activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate and licensed professional in geological engineering, metallurgical engineering, mining engineering, or chemical engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in general projects in SSOMA-related roles or positions. * Preferably experienced in mining sector projects. * Preferably holds a diploma in Safety, Health, and Environment and/or Integrated Management Systems or related fields. * Availability to work on a project in Ancash under the required work regime. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Nov 6, 2025, 4:44:01 PM
