On behalf of our client in the mining sector, we are seeking an electrician technician for Cerro de Pasco city, for the Provenir mining unit. REQUIREMENTS: Electrician technician, maintenance, electronics, or related fields. ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Mandatory: * Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental topics. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 2 years in the position within underground mining. COMPETENCIES: Commitment, Results orientation, Responsibility, Safety, Emotional agility, Leadership, Collaborative work, Cost optimization, Planning and organization, Quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform daily inspection and lubrication of the electrical system on heavy equipment. 2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical system on heavy equipment. 3. Dismantle and assemble minor and major components of the electrical system. 4. Monitor equipment throughout the work shift. 5. Request spare parts or components required for equipment from the supervising electrician technician. 6. Submit a daily report of activities performed. 7. Prepare evaluation reports on components of the electrical systems of heavy equipment, tools, and machinery. 8. Document equipment status in writing for the incoming shift in the reporting logbook. 9. Review the equipment report from the previous shift. 10. Implement lockout and energy isolation procedures when intervening on equipment, machinery, or tools. 11. Use maintenance checklists when performing preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
