This is your invitation to rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 12/11/2025 Operator, FSE Warehouse Introduction We are seeking talent for the position of Operator, FSE Warehouse to manage, control, monitor the status and supply of assets listed in inventories—including equipment, tools, PPE, consumables, and other resources assigned to the FSE warehouse—covering their dispatch, packaging, and coordination with assigned planners to ensure proper development and execution of relining, spot, advisor, task force, shutdown, and specialized services assigned by clients under the Field Service & LCS area. This applies to all services executed by Metso Outotec, in full compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Key responsibilities Place stock orders in coordination with site teams and Lima/Arequipa warehouses and maintain records. Conduct physical verification inventories in coordination with the Relining & Shutdown Engineer and assigned planners. Prepare delivery notes for transfers and maintain related controls. Coordinate, execute, and monitor material dispatch per service, aligned with each assigned planner’s requirements. Report activities to the Relining & Shutdown Engineer. Coordinate tools, PPE, and consumables with the Relining & Shutdown Engineer as requested by service specialists. Enter incoming materials into Kardex (spreadsheet). Record outgoing materials and items in Kardex. Place stock orders in coordination with the zone-based warehouse support planner (via email or record). Verify daily the physical stock against system records for high-turnover items. Responsible for receiving and dispatching tools and equipment according to delivery notes and invoices, confirming acceptance at service commencement and completion. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure availability of equipment and tools on-site, coordinated with Lima during service execution. Coordinate transportation of materials between Lima and Arequipa, and their return upon service completion. Support and monitor care and preservation of tools and PPE assigned to services, including laundering of uniforms, harnesses, and other items required during services. Inspect or examine the work area. Hold meetings with personnel performing the work to assign roles and responsibilities. Ensure the warehouse inventory remains updated through physical documentation and storage in SharePoint. Responsible for controlling materials, equipment, and tools via appropriate coding. Ensure integrity of service equipment and tools by monitoring both dispatch and return in fully operational condition. Responsible for developing the annual maintenance program for equipment and calibration tools. Coordinate with zone planners regarding requirements for PPE, tools, and equipment, verifying resource availability in Lima and Arequipa. Responsible for informing planners about purchases of equipment and materials not currently held in inventory. Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness. Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions issued by the Peruvian government, Metso Outotec, and clients, applying self-care measures to prevent and avoid accidents. Other duties assigned by direct supervisor, consistent with the role. Required professional profile * Education: Technical graduate in Administration, Production Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Graduation from a technical institute preferred. * Experience: 3 years of professional experience in this role or performing receiving and/or dispatch functions in warehouses. 3 years of professional experience in mining-related work. 3 years of experience in warehouse administration within service companies or projects related to the mining sector. * Training (Desired Knowledge): Knowledge of warehouse management (inventories, storage, procurement). Forklift operation (desirable). Knowledge and use of inventory software (SAP preferred). Intermediate-level Office proficiency (not mandatory). Class A-1 driver’s license (desirable). Knowledge of document filing and control, as required by mining-sector clients. Knowledge of mining safety standards. **Additional training:** Handling of hazardous chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), hazard identification, risk assessment and control (IPER), inspections, operational risk analysis (ARO), personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response.
