The role is hybrid, working office hours (8x5\). ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** * *Automation with Python* o *Build scripts to automate administrative, financial, and operational processes.* o *Develop integrations with corporate applications and legacy systems.* o *Document, version, and maintain automation scripts.* * *Automation with Power Platform* o *Develop automated flows in Power Automate to digitize repetitive processes.* o *Build internal applications in Power Apps for business self-management.* * *Support and Continuous Improvement* o *Monitor automated processes and ensure their availability.* o *Provide technical support to end users of implemented solutions.* o *Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and propose new automations.* ***MODALITY AND DURATION*** * *Modality: remote or hybrid (1 day on-site, the rest remote)* * *Duration: 3 months* ***ACADEMIC LEVEL*** *Technical degree or bachelor's in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields.* ***PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE*** \+3 years of experience in the role. ***CERTIFICATIONS*** Having certifications related to the profile is a plus. ***SKILLS*** * Analytical skills and process orientation. * Teamwork and focus on internal customers. * Proactiveness and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to produce clear and organized documentation. ***SUCCESS INDICATORS (KPIs FOR THE ROLE)*** * % of automated processes delivered within SLA. * Number of man-hours saved per automation. * Reduction of errors in manual processes. * User satisfaction level with implemented solutions.
