




**We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for IT Projects!** At **Servitek** we are seeking a **Project Assistant** to support the management and monitoring of technology projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. * Coordinate meetings, schedules, and deliverables. * Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and progress tracking. * Maintain communication with internal departments and clients. * Plan and organize project activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and established objectives. * Develop and monitor roadmaps to provide a clear and structured view of the strategic plan to achieve specific goals, outlining steps, timelines, and required resources. * Coordinate clear and effective communication among team members, ensuring efficient and collaborative execution. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management under PMI, PMBOK framework (desirable). * Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Previous experience in IT projects is desirable. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of planning techniques, Gantt charts, roadmaps, Cost-Benefit analysis, change management, stakeholder management, and communications. **We offer:** * Positive work environment and opportunities for growth. * On-site work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. * Negotiable salary.
