**COMPETENCIES** **ACADEMIC:** Technician or professional graduate from the following fields: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, or similar careers. **INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:** Preferably from companies in the agricultural and/or agro-industrial production and distribution sectors, although candidates from other industries will also be considered. **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** At least 1 year of experience in a similar or equivalent position. **REQUIRED SKILLS** **Inventory Management (FEFO and FIFO)** Warehouse work experience National logistics Driver's license A1 Experience supporting transportation service contracting Petty cash administration Document management (issuance of delivery notes, purchase/service orders, and quotations) Management and oversight of logistics operators (transportation providers) Intermediate Office and Microsoft 365 skills Intermediate Excel (dashboards) Outlook Experience with any logistics ERP system **DESIRED SKILL** Odoo **RESPONSIBILITIES** **REPORTING:** Prepare and update monthly sales reports. **COORDINATION:** Coordinate custody and collection of flexible tanks with suppliers and customers. **OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:** Support national transportation service contracting. Provide operational support for small shipments when needed. Manage petty cash for logistics operations. Handle documentation including issuance and tracking of delivery notes, purchase/service orders, and quotations. Update inventory records in the system. Supply materials for production.
