




**Date:** Oct 6, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will your challenge be?** Actively participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive Change Management actions for various transformational projects within the company, which may be linked to strategic objectives, adoption, and consolidation of new capabilities within the organization. **What will you do in your role?** * Provide support in advising and managing leadership, engagement, process, and skill-related initiatives associated with assigned Change Management projects. * Apply and analyze defined tools, methods, and techniques for Change Management assessments. * Transcribe, diagram, and organize information collected during assessments, meetings, and Change Management committees. * Identify organizational impacts of projects in which you participate to develop intervention initiatives. * Detail budgets and monitor their execution in change activities, as well as implementation timelines and required resources. * Assume the role of backup PMO and support project teams in achieving their objectives through change management and cultural pillars. * Provide support to various initiatives within the Change Management area directly related to your function. **What do we need from you?** **Knowledge:** * University education: Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related fields * Additional studies: Design thinking * Intermediate English * Software proficiency: Intermediate Office, SAP knowledge **Experience:** * Years/months of experience in the same position: Minimum 1 year in Internal Communications, Culture, Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Partner roles. Preferably in fast-moving consumer goods. * Years/months of experience in other positions: 2 years in HR-related processes (efficiency, change processes, communications, talent, etc.), Customer Service, or Commercial Management.
