This work is carried out in accordance with the company's established policies, standards, and procedures, aiming to guarantee operational continuity and deliver high-quality support, contributing to the digital evolution and competitiveness of the organization. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Continuously monitors infrastructures and systems using specialized tools. \- Manages and resolves technical incidents and problems according to established procedures. \- Documents all monitoring and support activities, including incidents and resolutions. \- Participates in the regular updating and maintenance of monitoring systems and tools. \- Provides technical support to internal and external users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of infrastructure and system monitoring tools and techniques (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk). * Incident and problem management according to ITIL, and IT security protocols and regulations. * Operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking. * 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles managing Cloud environments. * Cloud certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals). **Why Orión?** With 25 years in the market, Orión is a service, consulting, and design company driven by technology and innovation.
