This work is carried out in accordance with the policies, standards, and procedures established by the company, aiming to guarantee operational continuity and deliver high-quality support, contributing to the organization's digital evolution and competitiveness. **Responsibilities:** * Perform continuous monitoring of infrastructures and systems using specialized tools. * Manage and resolve technical incidents and problems according to established procedures. * Document all monitoring and support activities, including incidents and resolutions. * Participate in the regular updating and maintenance of monitoring systems and tools. * Provide technical support to internal and external users, responding to inquiries and solving problems. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of tools and techniques for monitoring infrastructures and systems (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, Grafana). * Incident and problem management according to ITIL, and IT security protocols and regulations. * Operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networks. * At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and technical support roles. * Experience in implementing and managing monitoring tools, as well as resolving incidents and managing technical problems. **Why Orion?** Orion, with 25 years in the market, is a service, consulting, and design firm powered by technology and innovation.
