**Job Requirements:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in field technical support or similar positions. * Knowledge of **networking and structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic, network certification).** * Proficiency with **network diagnostic tools, multimeters, and testers.** * Ability to configure and manage **network equipment (switches, routers, access points).** * Knowledge of **installation and configuration of security cameras.** * **Class A1/B2C driver's license (**desirable). * Availability to perform **field work and visits to different locations.** * Availability to work **night shifts and daytime on-call duties, subject to coordination.** **Job Responsibilities:** ✔ **Relocation and installation of IT equipment** (computers, printers, servers, switches, routers). ✔ **Installation and configuration of CCTV systems** (IP/analog cameras, NVR, DVR, and monitoring software). ✔ **Inspection and certification of network outlets** (installation and crimping of structured cabling). ✔ **On-site user support** for resolving hardware and software incidents. ✔ **Diagnosis and repair of connectivity issues** in wired and wireless networks. ✔ **Preparation of technical reports for resolved incidents** on support platforms. ✔ **Installation of telecommunications equipment** and configuration of network devices. ✔ **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of communication cabinets and power systems. ✔ **Compliance with safety regulations** for electrical and structural installations. **Valued Skills:** * Teamwork and good communication with users. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Organization and efficient time management. * Proactivity and ability to work independently. * Stress resistance and adaptability to dynamic environments. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/1,400.00 * Travel reimbursement for transportation.
