**Job Requirements:** **Minimum 1 year of experience** in field technical support or similar positions. Knowledge of **networks and structured cabling (UTP, fiber optic, network certification).** Proficiency with **network diagnostic tools, multimeters, and testers.** Ability to configure and manage **network equipment (switches, routers, access points).** Knowledge of **installation and configuration of operating systems.** **Driver's license A1/B2C** (desirable). Availability to perform **field work and visits to different locations.** Availability to work **night shifts and daytime on-call duties**, subject to prior coordination. **Job Responsibilities:** ✔ **Diagnose and repair connectivity issues** in wired and wireless networks. ✔ **Prepare technical reports of incidents handled** on support platforms. ✔ **Install telecommunications equipment** and configure network devices. ✔ **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance** on computers, laptops, printers, and other computer equipment. ✔ **Comply with safety regulations** in work areas. **Valued Skills:** * Teamwork and good communication with users. * Problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Organization and efficient time management. * Proactivity and ability to work independently. * Stress resistance and adaptability to dynamic environments.
