We are looking for an **IT Support Engineer** to collaborate with us on the **road projects** we have in the **southern region.** If you have experience providing remote and on-site support, technical assistance to users, and solving hardware, software, network, and system issues, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * Provide remote or on-site support to ensure the functionality of technological tools. * Assist users in using enterprise applications and internal systems. * Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers or specialized teams. * Support the installation and configuration of software, operating systems, and hardware. * Prepare reports on recurring issues and possible solutions. * Identify and report potential technical risks or vulnerabilities.
