This opportunity is for you! ### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract from the beginning. * Salary commensurate with the position. * Work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. * Guidance and support throughout the application and migration procedures. #### **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities (air conditioning and electrical systems) for various clients. * Identify, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in air conditioning systems (VRV, multisplit, cold rooms, among others). * Assemble and install air conditioning systems in buildings and infrastructure. * Commissioning and adjustment of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. * Verify proper operation and efficiency of installed systems. * Replace parts, components, or equipment when necessary. * Comply with safety protocols and current regulations in air conditioning and electrical systems. * Prepare technical reports on maintenance and repairs performed. * Respond to incidents and provide technical support to customers. ### **What we are looking for:** * At least 3 years of experience performing maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems in corporate and industrial buildings. * Experience and knowledge of VRV, multisplit, cold rooms, and similar equipment. * Technical-level education in Air Conditioning, Electricity, or related field. * Class A1 driver's license. * Genuine interest in relocating to live and work in Spain.
